Job summary

Capital Group in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled web experience specialist to build pages and experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related tools. You will collaborate with UX, IT, and content teams to deliver accessible, WCAG-compliant content and optimize page performance.

The role includes authoring enhancements, component development, and configuration administration for personalized experiences and A/B tests, with publishing across sites.

• Demonstrates initiative by identifying issues and recommending solutions on complex matters.
• Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills with team members and managers.
• Demonstrates ability to plan processes and work across broad groups to assure work is completed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Leverages resources and assets to build web experiences via AEM and related tools.

• Ensures releases and publishing are coordinated across sites and audiences.
• Supports SEO, metadata, and brand tagging to maintain standards.
