Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in web development, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years previous work experience in website management and/or digital marketing.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and experience with web content management systems, specifically component-based systems (AEM preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define strategy for new products, services or campaigns within Small Business section of Key.com and support landing pages.
• Collaborate with partners to advise and manage content updates for key.com.
• Review web page content, navigation, functionality, and accessibility to meet objectives and standards.
• Determine KPIs, document analytics requirements, and coordinate with analytics teams for reporting.
• Proactively drive issues to resolution and manage multiple projects concurrently.
