Coastal Credit Union seeks a Sr. Web Designer & Optimization Specialist to lead design, development, optimization, and performance for the public website.

This hybrid role in Raleigh, NC focuses on supporting digital acquisition, member engagement, and strategic growth through UX, CRO, SEO, analytics and attribution, and technical measurement for paid media support. The role requires extensive experience in web development, analytics, and SEO, with Kentico Xperience as a core CMS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in web development or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Kentico Xperience or similar CMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, optimization, and performance for the public website.
• Drive UX optimization and CRO across the site to improve conversions.
• Own SEO strategy including technical SEO, content optimization, and schema markup.
• Monitor analytics and attribution to inform digital acquisition and growth.
• Collaborate with external agency for complex design and development work.
