Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
• 10+ years as a Software Engineer, with depth in modern frontend and web technologies.
• Experience leading platform, infrastructure, or developer experience teams and translating investments into business value.
• Strong strategic communicator who can translate platform investments into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of aligning multiple product teams, navigating priorities, and driving a shared roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the engineering team through people development and culture-building.
• Define the team's roadmap and advocate for platform investments aligned with product goals.
• Maintain and evolve the web platform architecture, frameworks, and Helix design system.
• Facilitate product design workflows, turning ideas into shipped components with reduced friction.
• Increase organizational visibility through documentation, metrics, and stakeholder engagement.
