This builder role involves design reviews, customer conversations, and hands-on code across the stack, with emphasis on doing the right things and building things well.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering high-quality software products as a software engineer.
• 5+ years managing software engineers with hiring, performance, and technical direction.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a squad of engineers and support their growth.
• Own architectural decisions across the full stack from data models to APIs and front-end.
• Shape the roadmap with product and design, not just deliver against it.
• Mentor engineers across backgrounds and provide timely feedback.
• Promote engineering best practices and ensure collaboration across a remote/hybrid environment.
