Job summary

You will partner with product managers to define and execute the roadmap, remove roadblocks, and drive process improvements while coaching engineers to excel.

The role emphasizes building a strong culture, mentoring staff, and advancing innovative solutions across scalable web and data applications in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced software development environment at scale.
• 2+ years of experience as a software engineering leader.
• Experience developing high traffic full stack web or data applications.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the mission, execution, morale, and code quality of your team.
• Partner effectively with product managers to maintain and execute against the product roadmap.
• Serve as a force multiplier by removing roadblocks, improving processes, and delegating effectively.
