Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a full‑stack team building Go backend services and React/TypeScript frontends for workflow‑heavy, data‑dense products. You will own delivery end to end, including scope, release cadence, quality, and responsiveness to users across a global fleet.

You will manage a team of engineers, design reviews, and drive reliability through observability, incident response, and automated remediation while partnering with operations leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with 4+ years leading full‑stack teams.
• Experience delivering production web apps with frontend (TypeScript/React) and backend (Go or similar).
• Proven track record in requirements gathering, scoping, and delivery cadences.
• Strong architectural judgment across API contracts, data modeling, and scaling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a full‑stack team building Go backends and React frontends.
• Own delivery end to end: scope, release cadence, quality, and user responsiveness.
• Drive reliability and performance under load with observability and on‑call responsibilities.
• Lead product maintenance and enhancements based on user feedback and needs.
• Set technical direction and oversee API contracts and frontend architecture.
