Job summary

ClickHouse is seeking an experienced Engineering Lead, Web Platform to steer the technical evolution of our marketing website and the systems powering our digital presence. This hands-on role combines leadership with active coding across Next.js, React, JavaScript, TypeScript and Strapi.

You’ll partner with Design, Demand Generation, Content, Product Marketing and Engineering to deliver a world-class web platform that supports rapid growth while upholding engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with headless CMS platforms, ideally Strapi.
• Excellent communication and a collaborative approach to working across design, marketing and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the technical strategy for the ClickHouse web platform.
• Architect, build and maintain our marketing website and supporting systems using Next.js, React, JavaScript, TypeScript and Strapi.
• Contribute meaningful production code across the platform; this is a hands-on engineering role where everybody codes.
• Continuously improve the platform’s performance, scalability, reliability, accessibility and maintainability.
• Own the technical health of the website, including Core Web Vitals, deployment pipelines, observability and engineering best practices.
