Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Global Web Products to own the strategic vision of our global web platform, including Kontent.ai and React-based components powering digital experiences worldwide.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, collaborate with global stakeholders, and help establish a new governance team while mentoring a product manager and guiding development and support teams in a bi-weekly Scrum release cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of digital product management experience.
• Proven expertise in modern web architecture (headless CMS, React) and translating business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Elanco's global web platform.
• Define how education management, rebates, and event management integrate with the core platform.
• Translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements for the dev team.
• Partner with the Global Web Leader to establish a governance team for the web portfolio.
• Mentor another Product Manager and guide development and support teams in a Scrum cadence.
