Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Staff Growth Marketing Manager, Web to define strategy for high‑impact web experiences and lead complex initiatives from concept through launch, experimentation, and optimization. You will partner with Web Design, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and executives to identify opportunities and drive measurable outcomes.

• Experience defining long-term web growth strategies that drive acquisition, conversion, and pipeline.
• Proven ability to execute from concept through launch, measurement, and optimization.
• Strong background in behavioral analytics and experimentation strategy.
• Ability to influence cross-functional and executive stakeholders on complex initiatives.
• A track record of creating scalable operational frameworks and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define the long‑term web growth strategy across Fivetran.com, getdbt.com, and other high‑impact web experiences.
• Own high‑impact web growth initiatives end‑to‑end, from planning through launch, optimization, and analysis.
• Drive alignment across complex initiatives balancing business impact, UX, and feasibility.
• Write BRDs to translate vision into strategic implementation plans for cross‑functional teams.
• Leverage analytics, user research, and market trends to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps for key user journeys to improve acquisition and conversion.
• Partner with Marketing, Brand, Analytics, Product, and executives to influence priorities.
• Identify AI and web tech opportunities influencing roadmap and growth.
• Mentor teammates and raise overall execution maturity of the web/marketing org.
