You will lead complex initiatives from concept through launch, experimentation, optimization, and measurement, partnering with Design, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand, Product, Analytics and leadership to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Own high-impact web growth initiatives end-to-end, from strategy through launch and measurement.
• Partner with Web Design, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand and Engineering to translate plans into experiences.
• Write BRDs to align cross-functional teams and accelerate execution.
• Leverage analytics and user research to identify opportunities and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end web growth initiatives from strategy to launch and optimization.
• Align cross-functional teams to prioritize, plan, and execute web projects.
• Create comprehensive BRDs to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Drive experiments and analytics to improve key metrics (acquisition, conversion, pipeline).
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Analytics to shape cohesive web experiences.
