Job summary

Fivetran, a leading data integration company, seeks a Staff Web Growth Marketing Manager in New York, hybrid with two days in the office. You will define and drive the strategy for high-impact web experiences, partnering across Web Design, Product Marketing, and Analytics to deliver measurable business outcomes.

As a senior individual contributor, you will own end-to-end initiatives, write BRDs, and build scalable experimentation and measurement frameworks.

Qualifications

• Trackable long-term web growth strategies that move acquisition, conversion, and pipeline.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across initiatives.
• Translate analytics into strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align exec stakeholders on complex initiatives.
• Evaluate tradeoffs and prioritize investments by impact and scalability.
• Create scalable operational documentation and processes.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term web growth strategy across Fivetran.com, getdbt.com, and other high-impact sites.
• Own end-to-end growth initiatives from planning through launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with Web Design and Engineering to translate plans into live experiences.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on complex initiatives and decisions.
• Write BRDs translating vision into implementation plans.
• Use behavioral analytics and user research to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps for key journeys like Homepage, Navigation, and Pricing.
• Influence priorities with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand, Product, Analytics, and leadership.
• Identify AI, personalization, and new tech opportunities to accelerate growth.
• Mentor teammates and raise the team's strategic and execution maturity.
