Fivetran is seeking a Staff Growth Marketing Manager, Web to lead the strategy and execution of high‑impact web experiences. You will drive end‑to‑end initiatives, partner with design, product, analytics, and marketing to shape growth, experimentation, and optimization across key digital properties.

You will work closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities, write BRDs, and build scalable frameworks for measurement and governance while mentoring teammates to raise the team’s execution

Qualifications

• Able to define and execute long‑term web growth strategies across multiple experiences.
• Capable of turning strategy into end‑to‑end initiatives with launch, measurement and optimization.
• Strong background in behavioral analytics, experimentation, and turning insights into actions.
• Proven cross‑functional leadership and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Skilled at prioritizing investments based on business impact and scalability.
• Experience building scalable documentation and operational frameworks for teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Define long‑term web growth strategy across core sites and high‑impact experiences.
• Own end‑to‑end growth initiatives from planning through launch, optimization, and analysis.
• Balance business impact, user experience, and feasibility to move work forward.
• Write BRDs translating vision into actionable implementation plans across teams.
• Leverage analytics, user research, and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps for key user journeys to boost acquisition, conversion, and pipeline.
• Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, brand, analytics, and leadership to align priorities.
• Identify AI, personalization, and web tech opportunities to guide roadmap and investment.
• Mentor teammates and raise maturity of web and marketing functions.
