Qualifications

• Experience in web growth marketing for enterprise software or developer-focused products.
• Ability to write comprehensive BRDs and translate vision into implementation plans.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own high-impact web growth initiatives end-to-end: strategy, requirements, launch, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Balance business impact, user experience, feasibility, and priorities to move work forward.
• Write BRDs to translate vision into actionable plans for cross-functional teams.
• Leverage behavioral analytics and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize journeys.
• Develop experimentation roadmaps for key journeys to improve acquisition, conversion, and pipeline.
