Responsibilities

• Define the long-term web growth strategy across Fivetran.com and getdbt.com.
• Own high-impact web growth initiatives from planning to launch and measurement.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Write comprehensive BRDs to translate vision into implementation plans.
• Leverage analytics and user research to identify opportunities and optimize journeys.
• Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps for key user journeys.
• Influence priorities and deliver cohesive web experiences with other teams.
• Mentor teammates and raise the maturity of the web/marketing org.
• Demonstrate ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
