• Develop and execute long‑term web growth strategies delivering outcomes.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution from concept to launch.
• Expertise in behavioral analytics and experimentation strategy.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership and executive influence.
• Prioritize and align roadmaps based on impact and feasibility.
• Create scalable documentation that improves execution quality.

Responsibilities

• Define the long‑term web growth strategy for Fivetran.com, getdbt.com, and other sites.
• Own high‑impact initiatives end‑to‑end from planning to launch and optimization.
• Drive alignment across complex initiatives balancing business impact and feasibility.
• Write BRDs translating vision into strategic implementation plans.
• Leverage analytics and user research to identify opportunities.
• Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps for key journeys.
• Partner with product marketing, demand gen, brand, product analytics, and leadership.
• Identify AI and personalization opportunities and influence roadmap.
• Mentor teammates and raise organizational maturity.
