Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a Director of Web Growth to own end-to-end web-driven GMV, acquisition economics, and conversion performance. You will lead paid search, SEO, content, CRO, and experimentation, operating as a player-coach with a GM mindset.

Reporting to the VP of Growth, you will partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Analytics, and cross-functional teams to optimize funnels, build an experimentation engine, and scale growth across channels.

Qualifications

• Eight to twelve years of professional experience in growth, web product management, ecommerce, or related field.
• Experience owning revenue/GMV targets across multiple channels.
• Strong ability to review funnels, identify problems, and work with Product/Design/Engineering to test solutions.
• Fluent in paid search/SEM and able to coach a team.
• Understanding of full-funnel economics (CAC, LTV, contribution margin, AOV).

Responsibilities

• Own web growth and GMV metrics end-to-end.
• Lead paid search strategy, budget allocation, and optimization.
• Drive CRO, SEO, content development, and testing programs.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to translate insights into product priorities.
• Build and maintain an experimentation engine and testing roadmap.
• Develop growth reporting dashboards and operating cadence.
