Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years.
• Proficiency in Drupal for creating and updating content.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Drupal content. Build new pages based on content provided by university partners, update pages, select and size photos, and perform Drupal site configuration.
• Ensure website compliance with accessibility, brand identity, and usability standards; remediate issues.
• Support Drupal editors by responding to daily help desk requests and resolving issues.
• Provide training and guidance to university partners on Drupal and accessibility.
• Consult with stakeholders to develop simplified websites and define site setup and scope.
• Assist with special projects, analytics, or other website-related research.
