Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant work experience; OR Associate's degree and 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Proficiency using Drupal to create and update website content.
• Working knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes.
• Superior attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with non-technical partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage Drupal content: build/update pages and select photos.
• Ensure accessibility, brand, and usability standards and remediation.
• Support editors via help desk requests and training sessions.
• Provide training on Drupal and accessibility to university partners.
• Guide stakeholders on simplified website solutions and project scope.
