Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our Dahlgren-area team on-site. You will test TTWCS software across surfaces, subsurfaces, and FMS configurations, documenting results and troubleshooting lab hardware and networks.

The role interacts with government personnel and requires an ACTIVE Secret clearance and US citizenship. Responsibilities include developing tests, maintaining TVMs, generating plans and reports, and defending data analyses in technical reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics or military TTWCS operational experience.
• Active security posture and ability to obtain clearance.
• Experience testing tactical weapon systems in lab environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing of tactical weapon systems in various configurations and builds in a lab.
• Modify and troubleshoot lab hardware, simulators, and networks.
• Analyze test outputs and develop data extraction and reduction elements.
• Create and maintain test procedures, TVMs, and test plans.
• Present testing results and coordinate with management and customers.
