Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. in Virginia seeks a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our team in Dahlgren to test TTWCS software across surface, subsurface, and FMS configurations. This on-site role requires US citizenship for an Active Secret clearance and will involve collaboration with government personnel.

Responsibilities include test planning, executing tests, data analysis, and reporting. The position offers opportunities to work at the King George office and customer site with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics field or military TTWCS operator/maintenance experience.
• Experience with CBT&E and automated testing tools.
• Ability to schedule tests and manage lab resources and personnel.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain an Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Test tactical weapon systems across configurations in a lab setting.
• Document test results in lab logs and generate reports.
• Modify lab hardware, simulators, and network configurations as needed.
• Develop and verify Test Verification Matrices (TVM) and test plans.
• Communicate test results and briefs to management and customers.
