SimVentions, Inc. in King George, VA seeks a Weapon System Test Engineer to test TTWCS software across lab configurations (surface, subsurface, FMS). This on-site role requires work at our Dahlgren office and at customer sites, with collaboration from testers and government personnel.

Responsibilities include designing and executing test procedures, analyzing results, documenting issues, and verifying fixes, while coordinating with management on test initiatives and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics field or military TTWCS operation/maintenance experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required for this position.
• US Citizenship required for clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Test tactical weapon systems in lab configurations and multiple builds.
• Document lab logs and report pertinent information.
• Troubleshoot lab hardware, simulators, and network configurations.
• Analyze test data to support requirement verification and data reduction.
• Create and manage change requests and problem reports.
• Verify software fixes and update test procedures as needed.
• Develop Test Verification Matrices and generate test plans/reports.
• Present testing summaries and defend data analyses in reviews.
• Collaborate with management on test initiatives and issues.
