Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our team in Dahlgren to support testing of the TTWCS software in surface, subsurface, and FMS configurations. You will work with a diverse team of testers and government personnel, with on-site presence at our King George, VA office and at NSWC Dahlgren.

Active Secret clearance is required. The role involves developing test procedures, executing tests, documenting results, and partnering with management on test initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of science in STEM or military operational experience as TTWCS Operator/Maintenance Technician.
• Active Secret clearance required; US citizenship to obtain clearance.
• Experience testing tactical weapon systems in lab and varied configurations.

Responsibilities

• Test tactical weapon systems in lab settings across configurations.
• Document lab logs, modify hardware, and troubleshoot.
• Analyze data and develop data reduction elements for verification.
• Create and verify test procedures, TVMs, plans, and reports.
• Communicate test results and briefs to management.
