Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a Weapon System Test Engineer to join our team at NSWC Dahlgren, VA. The role focuses on testing TTWCS software in multiple configurations and involves on-site collaboration with government personnel.

The candidate will conduct testing, modify lab hardware, analyze data, and develop procedures and reports. A Secret clearance is required to access classified information and the position requires US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• BS in science/engineering or related field; operational TTWCS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test tactical weapon systems in lab configurations across builds.
• Modify and troubleshoot lab hardware, simulators, and networks.
• Analyze test output and develop data extraction for verification.
• Create change requests and verify fixes for issues.
• Develop and update test procedures and TVMs.
• Generate test plans and test reports for reviews.
• Present testing results at technical reviews and briefs.
• Coordinate with management on test initiatives and issues.
