• Continuously build and maintain application and operational knowledge.
• Identify and implement process improvements, including runbooks, monitoring, and alerting enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to address process gaps, technology gaps, and stability concerns.
• Ensure timely communication and status updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Be accountable for restoration and resolution of all production application issues within agreed timelines.
