Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a production support role, preferably with some experience as a technical lead or senior SME for business applications facing senior stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of scripting, tooling, UNIX, Wintel, and databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and related services is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, capable of explaining complex issues to senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident, request, problem management, change and release activities
