Job summary

Wipro is seeking a Production Support professional in the United States to handle on-call triage for large-scale web applications and Oracle databases. You will perform root cause analysis of production incidents and drive remediation, while collaborating on monitoring and design reviews.

Root cause analysis of production incidents, triage, and remediation of incidents.

FCI Review and Resolution Activities.

Batch job support

Gaining SME knowledge on Application Architecture and Flows.

Design and monitoring review collaborations.

Monitoring Setup using Splunk and Dynatrace APM.

Required Skills

• Production Support Experience
• 5+ Expr in Java/J2EE and/or ASP .NET
• 4+ Expr in SQL
• 4+ Expr in Splunk and APM Dynatrace.
• 4+ Expr in Linux commands

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
