Job summary

J.P. Morgan Chase in New York is seeking a Market Director of Wealth in Wealth Management to lead a team of Financial Advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will coach and develop high-performing advisors and champion a customer-obsessed culture.

You will collaborate with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to provide integrated solutions, drive use of technology to meet clients’ needs, and uphold risk controls across a designated territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Advisor management experience with coaching high-performing teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses (or equivalent) required.
• FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) required within 60 days of employment.
• Proven ability to recruit and attract Advisor talent.
• Strong investment services knowledge and market awareness.
• Excellent communication and risk-management focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors serving a wide range of clients.
• Collaborate with Branch Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to deliver comprehensive solutions.
