Qualifications

• Have at least 5 years of Advisor management experience and coaching track record.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 are required; 9/10 must be obtained or retained within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors and drive customer-focused service.
• Recruit, source and attract Advisor talent and develop high performers.
• Collaborate with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Influence technology use to meet current and future client needs; promote diversity and inclusion.
• Manage day-to-day supervisory and operational aspects for a designated territory.
• Foster a culture of risk and control to safeguard clients and the business.
• Proactively identify solutions with an entrepreneurial spirit and urgency.
