You will drive performance, coaching, and development while maintaining strict risk controls and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Advisor management experience and a track record of coaching high-performing teams.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Licenses: FINRA Series 7, 66 and Series 9/10 (or equivalent) with 60-day retention requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors delivering exceptional client service.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Advisor talent across territory.
• Collaborate with Branch Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to offer comprehensive solutions.
• Leverage technology to meet client needs and promote a customer-obsessed culture.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision and risk controls to achieve strategic objectives.
