Qualifications

• 5+ years of Advisor management experience with coaching and development of teams.
• Ability to travel about 50% of the time.
• FINRA Series 7/66 license required and Series 9/10 license required within 60 days of employment.
• Proven ability to recruit, source and attract Advisor talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors servicing a wide range of clients.
• Identify opportunities to attract and recruit Advisors and implement performance strategies.
• Collaborate with Branch Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to provide integrated financial solutions.
• Influence technology adoption to meet current and future customer needs; promote diversity and inclusion.
• Manage day-to-day administrative and supervisory functions to meet strategic objectives for the territory.
• Create a culture of risk awareness and controls to safeguard customers and business.
• Proactively identify solutions and drive entrepreneurial initiatives with urgency.
