Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Advisor management experience required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to meet client needs and team requirements.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses are required.
• Active FINRA Series 9/10 licenses are required within 60 days of employment.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop Advisor talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors servicing a wide range of clients.
• Identify opportunities to attract and recruit Advisors and coach performance.
• Partner with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Influence technology use to meet current and future customer needs and uphold diversity and inclusion.
• Manage day-to-day supervisory and operational aspects for the territory.
• Create a culture of risk and controls to safeguard customers and the business.
• Proactively identify solutions with entrepreneurial drive and urgency.
