Job summary

J.P. Morgan Chase Wealth Management is seeking a Market Director of Wealth to lead a team of Financial Advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will drive recruitment, coach high performers, and partner across branches and lending teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions. You will promote a customer-obsessed culture, leverage technology, and uphold a strong risk and controls framework while traveling to oversee territory.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Advisor management experience and coaching high performing teams.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Valid FINRA Series 7, 66 (or equivalent).
• Valid FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) within 60 days of employment.
• Proven ability to recruit internal and external Advisor talent by building a network.
• Strong investment services and product knowledge.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and risk & controls commitment.

Responsibilities

• Have a passion for our customers which results in all employees meeting and exceeding expectations and creating a customer obsessed culture.
• Identify opportunities to attract and recruit Advisors, improve performance of Advisors and ensure talent strategies are in place to coach, develop and promote Advisors.
• Drive integration with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending to give customers access to solutions and expertise.
• Be a visionary who influences technology to meet customer needs and uphold diversity and inclusion.
• Partner with Supervisory Manager to manage day-to-day administrative, supervisory and operational aspects for the territory.
• Create a culture of risk and control with urgency; safeguard customers and the business.
• Be proactive; identify solutions with entrepreneurial spirit and urgency.
