Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in the United States is seeking a Market Director of Wealth to lead a team of Financial Advisors and drive a customer-obsessed service culture across a broad client base.

You will recruit, coach, and develop Advisors, partner with Branch Management and other units, and leverage technology to meet client needs while upholding risk and controls and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Advisor management experience with a track record of coaching teams.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or equivalent) required.
• FINRA Series 9/10 (or equivalent) required within 60 days.
• Proven ability to recruit and attract Advisor talent.
• Strong investment services knowledge and market awareness.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors servicing a wide range of clients.
• Identify opportunities to attract and recruit Advisors and ensure talent strategies.
• Drive collaboration with Branch Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending for integrated solutions.
• Influence technology use to meet customers' needs and uphold diversity and inclusion.
• Manage day-to-day administrative, supervisory, and operational aspects for a territory.
• Create a culture of risk and control to protect customers and the business.
• Be proactive and entrepreneurial with urgency.
