Qualifications

5+ years of Advisor management experience
Ability to travel 50% of the time
A valid FINRA Series 7 & 66 is required
A valid FINRA Series 9/10 is required within 60 days of employment

Responsibilities

Have a passion for customers and drive a customer-obsessed culture
Identify opportunities to attract and recruit Advisors and develop talent
Drive collaboration with Branch Management, Business Banking and Home Lending for integrated solutions
Be a visionary in using technology to meet customers' needs today and tomorrow
Manage day-to-day administrative and supervisory activities to meet territory objectives
Create a culture of risk and control to safeguard customers and the business
Proactively identify solutions with an entrepreneurial spirit and urgency
