JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Executive Director to lead Wealth Management strategy within the Consumer & Community Banking Strategy group.

You will shape multi-year priorities, evaluate growth opportunities, and influence senior leadership through clear narratives and strategic plans. You will work closely with Wealth Management and CCB leaders to drive initiatives across client strategy, advisor platforms, and operating models.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy or management consulting at Associate Partner level or equivalent.
• Experience advising Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management or broader financial services on strategy or operating model initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Wealth Management business models, advisor ecosystems, client acquisition and retention.
• Proven ability to influence senior executive decision-making and to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
