Collaborating with leaders across product, field, and marketing, you will develop insights, content, and tools to strengthen client engagement and decision making, delivering scalable processes and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial services with exposure to product management, sales, or business management.
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses (or Series 63 and Series 65) or ability to obtain within one year.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across levels and functions.
• Attention to detail and a track record of high-quality execution.
• Ability to coordinate junior resources and provide leadership.
• Knowledge of yield and liquidity products.
• Experience in wealth management or private banking.
• Experience developing business reporting, dashboards, or management presentations.
• Versatility in run-the-business to field enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team's strategic roadmap by defining the execution plan, tracking initiative progress, escalating risks early, and ensuring disciplined delivery of leadership priorities.
• Establish a consistent cadence for initiative tracking and performance reporting to leadership (e.g., dashboards, financial performance, scorecards, summaries).
• Partner with management and cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, coordinate workstreams, and identify growth opportunities.
• Design and implement standardized go-to-market and sales enablement processes with field-ready content and materials.
• Manage a centralized resource hub for content and regional tracking, including opportunity reporting.
• Operate across run-the-business to field enablement, including executive-level presentations and client communications.
• Influence and align stakeholders by balancing priorities and driving decisions to closure.
• Maintain knowledge of products, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations to inform strategy and execution.
