JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Market Director of Wealth in Wealth Management California to lead a team of Financial Advisors and deliver exceptional client experiences across a broad range of investment solutions.

You will recruit and develop Advisors, partner with regional branches and business units, and leverage technology to meet clients’ evolving financial needs in a dynamic, client-focused culture.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Advisor management experience with a track record of coaching high-performing Advisor teams.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 required.
• Active FINRA Series 9/10 required or to be obtained within 60 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Financial Advisors servicing a wide client base from new to high net worth individuals.
• Collaborate with Branch Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to integrate solutions for clients.
• Influence technology use to meet current and future client needs while promoting diversity and inclusion.
