Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking to hire an Executive Director to lead Wealth Management Strategy within the CCB Strategy team, shaping multi-year priorities, opportunities, and operating models across the Wealth Management business. You will work with senior leaders to drive growth, enhance client experiences, and strengthen competitive positioning.

The role emphasizes executive presence, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering high-impact strategic initiatives with tangible business results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in top-tier strategy or management consulting, with Associate/Partner level responsibility.
• Experience advising Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, or broader Financial Services on strategy or operating models.
• Deep understanding of Wealth Management business models and advisor ecosystems.
• Ability to develop fact-based strategic recommendations and influence senior executives.
• Experience creating executive narratives and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year business strategies to drive growth and client engagement.
• Evaluate opportunities across client segments, products, and advisor platforms.
• Monitor industry trends to refine priorities and execution plans.
• Partner with executives to deliver a high-impact strategy portfolio.
• Lead complex enterprise-wide strategy projects and build high-performing teams.
• Present updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
