Job summary

State Street is seeking a Wealth Management CRIMS consultant to lead requirements, configure CRIMS, and train clients on the system. You will work on implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring the solution meets client business needs and supports go-live readiness.

The role emphasizes collaboration, best-practice sharing, and ongoing client education on Charles River solutions. Travel to client sites and remote work are expected as part of the engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or implementing wealth management solutions within a wealth management firm or software provider.
• Experience with managed account (SMA/UMA) programs, mutual fund wrap programs, Rep as PM, and Rep as Advisor programs is valuable.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational databases; FIX or similar protocols is a plus; familiarity with Crystal Reports is a plus.
• Familiar with SDLC Lifecycle and strong client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Wealth subject-matter expert within CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects and ensure client readiness for go-live.
• Support other Professional Services team members and share best practices.
• Educate clients on CRIMS functionality and advise on implementation and operation best practices.
• Monitor client requirements for enhancements and document product improvements.
