Job summary

State Street is seeking Consultants to serve as subject‑matter experts in CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects. You will analyze requirements, configure the solution, train clients, test workflows, and resolve issues before go‑live, while guiding customers on best practices for implementation and operation.

The role requires 2–3+ years in financial services consulting or software vendor roles, strong SQL skills, and experience with investment management solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years hands-on experience in financial industry with a consultancy or software vendor.
• Experience with investment management solutions in bank/hedge fund/asset manager/wealth management.
• Proficiency with SQL is a must.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject-matter expert within CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects.
• Assist other Professional Services team members and share best practices.
• Educate clients on CRIMS functionality and best practices for implementation and operation.
• Monitor client requirements to identify enhancements and document product improvements.
• Contribute to software quality by communicating defects and validating fixes.
