Job summary

State Street seeks a Consultant to lead CRIMS implementation and upgrade efforts in wealth management. You will define client requirements, configure the solution to business needs, train users, and ensure readiness for go-live.

You will also support the Professional Services team, share best practices, and communicate product improvements. Travel across the US and Canada is expected.

Qualifications

• Four year degree in Finance, Mathematical Finance, Economics, Engineering or CS required.
• Advanced degree or CFA is a strong plus.
• 2-3+ years' experience in wealth management or related software implementations.
• Experience with wealth management solutions, SMA/UMA programs, or Rep as PM/Advisor is valued.
• Willingness to travel 20%-40% across US/Canada.

Responsibilities

• Act as Wealth SME within CRIMS implementation and upgrade projects.
• Analyze and translate client requirements; ensure solution meets business needs and post go-live ownership.
• Mentor team members and share best practices.
• Educate clients on CRIMS functionality and best practices for implementation and operation.
• Identify enhancements by monitoring client requirements and market trends; document improvements.
