Job summary

EWC Growth in Florida seeks Licensed Estheticians & Cosmetologists to advance through a wax specialist development program and become Peer Trainers. The role combines service delivery with coaching new hires on the floor.

Successful Wax Specialists help guests, maintain standards, and model EWC service excellence while building loyalty and contributing to a culture of growth within the center.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by applicable state regulations.
• Interest in waxing hair removal.
• Strong history of performance and professionalism.
• Strong understanding of guest experience standards and product recommendations.
• Ability to demonstrate skills clearly and translate knowledge into practical coaching.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Full-time, open availability strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services in accordance with EWC protocols, safety standards, and service expectations.
• Create a welcoming, comfortable, and professional experience for every guest.
• Conduct thoughtful consultations and educate guests on waxing routines, aftercare, and recommended products.
• Build guest loyalty through personalized service, consistency, and relationship-building.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitized, and guest-ready wax suite.
• Meet or exceed established performance expectations related to services per ticket and retail product sales.
• Model EWC service standards and coach new Wax Specialists on the floor.
• Lead virtual peer-based educational workshops and identify coaching opportunities.
• Observe Wax Specialists and provide feedback based on EWC expectations.
