EWC Growth seeks Licensed Estheticians or Cosmetologists to advance through a wax specialist development program, eventually becoming Peer Trainers. You will perform waxing services, educate guests, and mentor new hires while upholding EWC standards.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
• Interest in waxing hair removal.
• Consistent history of strong performance and professionalism.
• Strong understanding of guest experience standards and product recommendations.
• Ability to demonstrate skills clearly and translate knowledge into coaching.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Full-time, open availability strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services following EWC protocols and safety standards.
• Create a welcoming, professional guest experience.
• Educate guests on waxing routines and product recommendations.
• Build guest loyalty through personalized service and follow-up.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized wax suite.
• Meet or exceed services per ticket and retail goals.
• Model EWC service standards and coaching on the floor.
• Support onboarding and development of new Wax Specialists.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to peers.
• Lead educational workshops and partner with center leadership.
• Identify coaching opportunities and reinforce development priorities.
