Job summary

European Wax Center is seeking Licensed Estheticians & Cosmetologists to join our Wax Specialist development program and become Peer Trainers in Florida. You will perform waxing services, educate guests, and coach new hires while upholding EWC standards.

Top performers earn up to $90,000 annually, combining hourly pay, gratuity, and incentive bonuses. This is a full-time, on-site role at centers including Vero Beach, Stuart, and Port St. Lucie.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
• Interest in waxing hair removal.
• Strong history of performance and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services in accordance with EWC protocols, safety standards, and service expectations.
• Create a welcoming, professional experience for every guest.
• Educate guests on waxing routines, aftercare, and product recommendations.
• Build guest loyalty through personalized service and relationship-building.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready waxing suite.
• Meet or exceed metrics related to services per ticket and retail sales.
• Lead by example as on-the-floor role model and coach.
