Job summary

EWC Growth seeks licensed estheticians or cosmetologists for its Gainesville center to join our wax specialist development program and progress toward Peer Trainer roles. You will perform waxing services, educate guests on routines, and model service excellence on the floor.

The role offers full-time hours with the chance to earn up to $90,000 annually through hourly pay, tips, and incentives while helping train new wax specialists and maintain high EWC standards.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
• Interest in waxing hair removal.
• Strong history of performance and professionalism.
• Strong understanding of guest experience standards and product recommendations.
• Ability to demonstrate skills clearly and translate knowledge into practical coaching.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services per protocol, maintaining safety and quality.
• Educate guests on waxing routines and product recommendations.
• Coach and onboard new Wax Specialists with hands-on training.
• Lead peer-based educational workshops to improve guest experience and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary wax suite and meet performance metrics.
• Provide real-time constructive feedback and coaching to peers.
