Job summary

EWC Growth in Tallahassee is seeking Licensed Estheticians and Cosmetologists to join our wax specialist development program and advance to Peer Trainer. You will perform waxing services, educate guests on products, and help develop new wax specialists on the floor.

As a role model, you will coach peers, reinforce service standards, and contribute to a culture of excellence. The position offers full-time hours with competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing training within a leading hair removal

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by applicable state regulations
• Interest in waxing hair removal
• Consistent history of strong performance and professionalism
• Strong understanding of guest experience standards and product recommendation
• Ability to demonstrate skills clearly and translate knowledge into practical coaching
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Full-time, open availability strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services in accordance with EWC protocols, safety standards, and service expectations
• Create a welcoming, comfortable, and professional experience for every guest
• Conduct thoughtful consultations and educate guests on waxing routines, aftercare, and recommended products
• Build guest loyalty through personalized service, consistency, and relationship-building
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitized, and guest-ready wax suite
• Meet or exceed established performance expectations related to services per ticket and retail product sales
• Model EWC service standards, behaviors, brand expectations, and technical best practices during every shift
• Support onboarding and development of new Wax Specialists through hands-on training and feedback
• Lead peer-based educational workshops focused on guest experience and product knowledge
• Observe Wax Specialists and provide feedback based on established EWC expectations
