Job summary

EWC Growth LLC. in Florida seeks licensed estheticians and cosmetologists to join its Wax Specialist development program and progress to Peer Trainer roles at Largo/ Clearwater centers. You will perform waxing services and educate guests while advancing through hands-on coaching and leadership tracks.

As a Peer Trainer, you’ll model service standards, support onboarding, provide real-time feedback, and help build guest relationships, loyalty, and trust across the brand.

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician or cosmetologist per state regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-relations skills.
• Proven ability to coach and train peers.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services following EWC protocols and safety standards.
• Educate guests on waxing routines and product recommendations.
• Build guest loyalty through personalized service and relationship-building.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized wax suite and equipment.
• Coach new Wax Specialists through onboarding and real-time feedback.
• Meet or exceed service and retail targets per ticket.
