Job summary

European Wax Center in Orlando, FL is seeking licensed estheticians/cosmetologists to join our Wax Specialist development program and progress into Peer Trainers. You will perform waxing services, educate guests, and coach new hires while upholding EWC standards.

Qualifications

Active esthetics license or cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
Interest in waxing hair removal.
Consistent history of strong performance and professionalism.
Strong understanding of guest experience standards and product recommendations.
Ability to demonstrate skills clearly and translate knowledge into coaching.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform waxing services in accordance with EWC protocols, safety standards, and service expectations.
Create a welcoming, professional guest experience.
Educate guests on waxing routines, aftercare, and products.
Build guest loyalty through personalized service and relationships.
Maintain a clean, sanitized wax suite.
Provide on-floor coaching and peer training to new Wax Specialists.
Lead virtual peer-based educational workshops and partner with center leadership.
Observe and provide feedback based on EWC expectations.
Identify skill gaps and coaching needs.
