Job summary

EWC Growth LLC. is seeking Licensed Estheticians & Cosmetologists to join our Wax Specialist Development program and become Peer Trainers in Florida. You’ll perform wax services and train new hires, while modeling EWC standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics or cosmetology license as required by state regulations.
• Interest in waxing hair removal.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Full-time, open availability strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform waxing services following EWC protocols and safety standards.
• Create a welcoming, professional guest experience.
• Educate guests on waxing routines and product recommendations.
• Coach and support new Wax Specialists with hands-on training.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized wax suite and meet performance metrics.

Education
